How much are your babies eating ?

Connor will be five months the 22nd. He prob eats 4 oz or less every couple hours but then goes longer between feedings sometimes . that seems average  right ? Doctors don’t seem concerned . I haven’t started solids yet . How many times a day do you feed babies solids?

My little guy drinks 5 bottles that are 6 oz each (give or take an oz or 2 occasionally). It took a long time for us to get away from eating 4 oz ever 2 hours. He’ll be 5 months on the 14th.

i breastfeed so i’m guessing amounts based on what a (not very often) pump. my daughter eats 5 times a day. 6ish oz at first and last feeding and 4ish for the other 3 in the midday. she eats every 3 hours except after the first feeding of the day she goes 4 hours between eating. so she eats (and yes right on these times or pretty close) 6:30am, 10:30am, 1:30pm, 4:30pm, 7:30pm . She sleeps thru the night and wakes up again at 6:30am to eat

I asked the pediatrician this because baby girl seems to prefer purées, doctor said as long as she is getting 24-32 ounces in a 24 hour period, then she’s good. She eats about 2 ounces of puréed food a day.

My little boy eats 3 oz every 2-3 hrs in the day and sleeps all night, I make about 8-10 bottles a day 🤷🏻‍♀️
