Workout apps?
Does anyone know of any good fitness apps? I’ve downloaded many over the years, but I never stick with it. I really need someone to help keep me accountable, maybe like a workout buddy, but I don’t have close friends to do that with. Any apps for that?? 😬 My boyfriend mentioned us starting to work out and when I mentioned using my gym membership he said it would probably be better for him to work out with a guy that’s close to his workout level. Which I understand, but still. I work in an office and sit at a computer all day. I tend to get to work at 7 am and not leave till 6:30 or 7:00 pm and by that time I just want to get into bed. Work has been causing my anxiety to get troublesome lately and I know working out and a diet change would help, but I struggle with the mental motivation and feel overwhelmed. Any tips?? Thanks!
