Early period ?

So since I got the paraguard I had a period exactly a month after having it put in. Before that I hadn’t had a period for 13 years (had the mirena all that time ) is it normal for it to be early ? Or maybe I have shorter cycles? It’s been so long I can’t remember back to when I got em

Regularly to know what’s even normal ! This is only my second since I got paraguard so I feel like a newbie to periods lol
