Post partum pelvic pain
I thought my pelvic pain and lightening crotch would be over once I had my baby, boy was I wrong. My baby is 8 days old but I still feel like I’m pregnant. Hurt when I sit too long or change positions in bed. Has anyone else dealt with this? How long did it last? How did you treat it?
