Your mucus plug regenerates so even if you lose a little it grows back , unless it has blood mixed with it

Have you ever seen those videos of children who sneeze and a bunch of snot comes running down their nose? You will experience more that what comes out of there nose and usually with some blood but not always. It's a lot when you finally lose the whole thing, this could be a little bit if it but definitely not all of it. Also you might not loose it at all as some people don't!!!

It could be a small part of it. With my first I lost it all at once (huge gross chunk) and went into labor that night, but I've heard of women losing bits of it over their pregnancy.
