Decaf coffee ok?

Is it ok if I have a small decaf iced coffee from Dunkin? I’m 6w6d along. Thanks!
(I drink decaf because I tend to get palpitations from regular)

I don’t drink de-caf. I’ve read that it’s worse for you than regular coffee because of the chemicals used to strip the caffeine. Unless of course you find a de-caf that says it was organically stripped.

Yup. Even 1 or 2 cups of regular is ok. Just between stay 200-300mg of caffeine.
