Egg retrieval around 10/6?

Anyone doing an egg retrieval around 10/6? This is my first and hopefully last time doing IVF. Everything seems to be going well so far, except they had to increase my menopur. So far this process hasn't been so bad, but I've had a lot of support from work. The side effects are much easier to deal with than clomid was. A lot of the other IVF threads have so many responses from people all over the process I thought I'd reach out and see if anyone else is around the same place I am.

Genetic results: out of 6 embryos 5 are normal. 5 boys!!!! 1 girl. Luckily the girl is normal and high quality. I knew it! My husband is one of 3 boys. His dad is one of 3 boys. His brother has 3 boys. His family only makes boys. AF will probably show up tomorrow and then I can start getting ready for my FET.   :)

My embryo transfer was today (10/12). Baby Dust to us all!

They biopsied and froze 5 embryos yesterday and there might be an additional embryo ready today. I should have the genetic results by Saturday at the latest apparently. That's a lot more tolerable than 10 days. How is everyone doing?

Transfer was today!! Transferred grade A and will find out how many I can freeze by Monday

I had my egg retrieval on Friday (10/5) and our one and only embryo transferred on Monday (10/5). This is our second cycle.

This process is so much harder than anyone EVER tells you. More than you read on posts or blogs. I have to remind myself every day that the outcome is beyond my control and to just take it easy.

I hope you're taking it easy and not putting pressure on yourself. It is what it is!

Well, this cycle failed. I have gotten my period (though I've read that since there was an embryo it counts as a miscarriage ). This is the second failure and it doesn't hurt any less.

It's 5 days past retrieval and suddenly having horrible waves of nausea and some very light spotting. I also have IBS so normally the nausea wouldn't alarm me, but is it normal to still have spotting? Waiting on a call back from the office.
