Bleed at 19 weeks pregnant it’s not a lot but I never had bleeding like this only light pink spotting what could it mean ?! &. Yesterday when I peed i know lol tmi sorry

I noticed like thick/milky pinkish discharge . This pic is of today I wiped two times and they both look like this and little tiny clot .
