IVF Meds??

Question

For those of you who had to pay out of pocket for your IVF meds, what pharmacy did you use? I’m located in Iowa. I know some pharmacies will ship quite a ways.  Any info would be helpful.  Thanks in advance.

The least expensive for me was south Miami pharmacy. I’ve also used freedom fertility pharmacy in the past. I think both ship all over. Have you applied for compassionate care? It’s super easy and only takes a few minutes and we got 25% off our meds! My doctor told me that anyone who applies gets at least 10% so it’s worth it.

I used Integrity and Encompass in Georgia.  I also used ivfmeds.com for ones that could travel far.

I had to pay out of pocket.  I used Cornerstone in Willow Grove, PA.  I tried Glow's program, mandell's, one reccomended by my Clinic, and a few others.  Cornerstone's rates were significantly lower and I had a friend who used them as well because of better rates.  I can't remember if they accepted one of the discount plans, but I applied for EMD Seranno Compassionate Care and Reunite and included them when requesting all quotes.   Good luck!

Check out Avella Specialty Pharmacy. I use Freedom Fertility and most of mine is covered, fortunately. However, I have a few that are out of pocket. For a quick example, my Lupron Trigger is $600.00 through Freedom, but $129.00 through Avella. Avella also offers financing programs. I believe they distribute nationally.

Freedom Pharmacy will try to find you discounts. For example, when I bought nine Cetrotide, I was able to get four free menopur. And with the amount of menopur I ordered I was able to get a $600 discount on the Lupron trigger. 
You might need to ask about discounts. But they are so kind! And try to find them!
