What’s a good way to start incorporating exercise into your daily routine? I work Monday-Friday from 7:30am-6pm and I want so badly to be able with myself but it’s hard when I’m constantly busy and also it’s just hard to start exercising in general. My social anxiety makes it impossible to actually go to a gym especially when I have no one to go with me. I’ve done at home stuff before but I never stick to it. I’m not overweight by any means but I’m simply just not happy with my body and I never have been. I want to feel confident in what I wear and what I look like especially during the summer. I want to show my body off for my boyfriend and feel comfortable changing in front of him & being intimate.
