Postpartum Workout

Hey guys, I delivered one week ago and I'm really wanting to workout. I did have to get stitches, so that's still pretty uncomfortable, but I really want to flatten my tummy again. I had abs before pregnancy and now I'm just flabby... also my belly button has sunken in, but on both sides of my belly button, my stomach is pooched out. Is that normal? What can I do to correct this?
