Finding myself loosing motivation
I’m struggling hard. And I need someone to pull me out of it. I’ve been doing well lost 15 pounds since May. Currently teetering between 169 and 170. I’m proud for what I lost but finding it hard to stay on course with what I’m eating and my workouts. I think on the workout side of things it’s because it’s all body weight which is great but because I also have a disability the day after I feel very weak sometimes even two days after..and it’s not the good aches from working hard it’s like the weakness you have when you’re sick and don’t want to get out of bed 😞 I want to reach my goal of 140-130 not only for myself but because my husband and I want to try for a baby soon and I want to be as healthy as I can be for pregnancy.
