Wakes up crying
Since forever my kid has woken up from naps crying whining or full on screaming. He never wakes up normal it's always abrupt and upset. He's sleeping good lengths is taking enough naps and isn't being startled. Just wakes up upset and takes a while to calm. He's a year and it's still happening. Any advice?
