Ok, help a fellow mama out

So, my baby is 15 weeks. Sleeps like a f’in champ - MOST of the time. She refuses to sleep anytime around 5pm. She is good for a nap, usually every hour and a half to two hours. HOWEVER, if I try to put her down around 5pm, she refuses to sleep and just cries, cries, cries. 😭 when she gets up (usually around 2 or 3) she’s either with my mother or mother in law bc I’m back to work. And then she wants to be up until her bedtime, usually between 9-9:30pm. She will whine, cry and rub her eyes, but just won’t sleep. We will walk her and “wear her” and she will fall asleep, but then is wide awake, the minute we hit our driveway 🥴 I dunno how she knows we’re home 😂 does anyone else have this issue? And how did you deal with it? Because as soon as she smiles at me, I’m like, ok. You can get up now 🤦🏻‍♀️
