Hcg levels

Hey guys! This is my first pregnancy and I have several hormonal issues including hypothyroidism (I take synthroid) and PCOS. July 3rd I got my very first positive ever! I went to the dr the next day for hcg testing and the results were 101. Five days later they retested and my levels were 341. I go in again tomorrow for a third set of hcg testing. The nurse over the phone told me to just take it easy and stay hydrated until my first prenatal appointment on July 24th, but also said my numbers aren’t doubling like they should be. What does this mean?? I can’t just sit and wait around for a few more weeks...I’m really worried!!! Sorry for the long post, please if you have any info on hcg levels please let me know. Im super emotional!!!!

Also, my LMP was May 23, but I didn’t ovulate until the 18th of June.
