Moving baby to his own room

So in a few weeks my husband and I are moving to our own house with our 6 month old. Our son will finally have his own room and we plan on sleeping him in there too! Right now he has a crib with his mobile that sings a little tune for 20/30/40 mins whatever we plan on putting it to. My husband and I would like to buy a baby monitor as well. I am wanting something that obviously we can see him on, reads the temp in his room (beach living so need to know how cold or hot his room will be), and I would like something that I can talk to him through. Also good video quality is a plus. We are looking to purchase on target or amazon. Let me know what you use or like and send a screenshot of what it is and why you like it. Also up to any other suggestions that would be useful or needed in his room. We are getting him a dresser and bookshelf and possibly a toy organizer for the future.
