How far along when you confirmed at dr?

I’m nervous about going and confirming at the dr after my chemical pregnancy last time. I’m four weeks today, when should I go to confirm at the dr? I am a veteran so I’ll probably go to the VA and it’ll probably be a test strip and super faint. They do the least so I bet they will be like not pregnant bye. 😭

My doctor had me come in for my first OB labs at 4 weeks 5 days. My HCG was 383, he seemed like it was low but still wanted to wait a week to redraw at 5weeks 5 days, numbers were close to 5,000 high enough to schedule an ultrasound for next Monday the 15th, I’ll be 7 weeks and 1 day. I know it’s incredibly hard to wait, you should be able to confirm now, but if you wait till you 5 weeks maybe even + a few days it might save you a little worry. Congratulations!!!
