Good do’s and don’ts list of food
What is a good reputable do’s and don’ts list for food during pregnancy?
I don’t need a list telling me to not eat raw fish, soft cheeses, and all lunch meat. We all know by now that pasteurized and good quality of these foods is fine.
I need an actual helpful list.
So tired of the websites that perpetuate the no exercise, no caffeine, no fish, cutesy article vibes. TIA
