Miscarriage

So I had a miscarriage two weeks ago. I have been to four different doctors and it seems nobody can figure out what is going on with me. I have a low grade fever and a very high heart rate and I just feel like crap. One doctor at health department did a pap smear because I had found out I had trichomonaisis but had taken the meds and was just making sure it was gone. She said it was gone but that I had some bacteria (she thought it was a UTI). so I called my primary doctor and she got me in to test for a uti. I did not have a UTI but she is concerned that something is going on from the miscarriage that has given me an infection of some kind because blood test showed elevated infection. I am freaking out. Has this happened to anyone after a miscarriage? They scheduled another ultrasound in a week!
