6 weeks 4 days couldnt see baby only gestational sac and maybe a yolk sak

I was seen today since im considered High risk due to a previous m/c and youngest born with Microtia/Atresia 3 and I am currently 6 weeks 4 days and she could only see a gestational sack and a yolk sak possibly have an ultrasound scehdualed again next week, has anyone else had this? Still have positive hpt and they drew blood but my counts were high this past saturday I went to the ER so they did Blood work and Transvag ultrasound and she said everything was ok but too small to get a heartbeat, thanks for the input! Also I see like two sacs but idk if its just me; she did measure what looks like a small blob(baby) and it measured at 7weeks 1 day but she wasn’t sure since the ultrasound wasent all that clear
