BLOATED/CONSTIPATED

Hi Ladies, I’m in such discomfort and pain. Had egg retrieval on Monday and been on pessaries since. I was bloated before egg retrieval but now it’s so uncomfortable. I called the nurses and they’ve told me to try lactulose but it takes 48 hours to work. I’m due to have the transfer on Saturday and was hoping to feel better by then. Any tips? Thanks
