Did your husbands stay in the hospital with you? What did you do with your first born?

Im so nervous about this. Im mostly a stay at home mom and she has never spent a night away from both of us. I KNOW that my mother in law will probably have to watch her but here is the thing they wont stay at our house we will have to take her to their house. I dont want to have too much change for her. So should i just have my husband sleep at home with her and come in the morning??

My mom would stay here but she lives in florida so i really doubt she can come here with short notice especially with her job.
