Third trimester?

My other pregnancy app says I’m already in third trimester. Today I made 27 weeks. So is it 27 or when you complete the 27? So technically 28..

I honestly considered myself in limbo in the 27th week because so many people say it doesn't start till the 28th but if you actually break down the pregnancy into thirds you get 26.6 so I believe it's 27 weeks.

I would say 28. I've read different things, but my ob said it was 28.

I don't think there's any officially set week. My doctor goes by 28 weeks so that's what I go by, but my other app does third at 27 weeks too.
