Am I too worried?

Question

So I'm 23w4d with my first and lately he hasn't been as active as he usually is. I still feel him everyday just not very much. I have a fetal doppler so I can hear his heartbeat. Is this normal or should I call my Dr?

Sometimes babies reposition and then u won’t
Feel them as much but we don’t know that for certain. You know what’s normal for YOU. If ur concerned, call ur ob

Normal he probably resting and going through a growth spurt.. you may also be able to tell him sleeping most of the day and being more active at night .. 
Mention it to your doctor on your next visit.. or if really concerned follow your gut!

In England we are told not to worry about movements until 26 weeks as that's when babys start a pattern of regular movements

UPDATE
just got off the phone with my drs office they said not to worry and that it sounds normal. Plus I found out I have an antiror placenta so that might be a big reason why I'm not feeling him

Am I too worried?
