Can low iron cause you to be lightheaded? Yesterday I had my 36 w appointment & my bp has been a little high but only trace of protein in my urine which I was told it was normal. They talked to me about preeclampsia & she told me to watch out for headaches that wouldn’t go away. At the end I was done some blood test for my liver since they wanna see if maybe that is causing my bp & also check my iron. My iron was a little low so they told me to take over the counter iron pills since I take prenatal gummies & they don’t have iron. That’s why I’m wondering if the lightheaded can come from iron or can it be something else?
