It would certainly make me feel... not uncomfortable, but weird. He has no business telling you what to do with your hair. The only opinion worth taking into consideration is your boyfriend's, and even then he shouldn't be telling you what you can and cannot do.

It wouldn't freak me out, but I'd definitely cut it into a pixie in protest 😂 I go through stages of having shoulder length hair and then cutting it up off my ears though. I like my hair short, and I'm not scared of cutting it.
