Had a baby 5 months ago!!!!

So I had a baby almost 5 months ago but lately I haven’t been feeling good been just drained, not much appetite and my boobs looked huge... something told me to test, and behold I am 7 weeks pregnant! And before anyone ask yes I had what I thought was my period I guess it wasn’t! But I’m still in shock! Baby heart rate was 135 😭💕
