Burpees?

Are burpees ok to do while pregnant? I’m 10 weeks.

Yes. As you get further along you’ll have to be more careful and/or stop. I’m 12 weeks and doing them!

Yes, but it will eventually become uncomfortable. Look into a good modification that you like now for the later weeks! 🤗

I would like to say yes as long as you were doing them before but if you are one of those people who drop fast and hit their stomachs off the floor for the “pop up” I wouldn’t do that. If your going to do them do them slower and proper with the control of a real push up in them. Also be careful the further along you get and make sure you talk with the dr about your workout regiment.

Would have to be modified. My normal burpees involve going all the way to the floor which engages my core and slams my belly onto the floor so I can’t anymore.
