5w1d no symptoms and so paranoid.

Anyone else not have any symptoms at 5w? I have tender breasts but they’re not bad at all. After 3 chemical pregnancies I’m so worried. I had my hcg checked this week and it was very high and tripled after 2 days, but I wish I had some type of symptom so I knew things were happening. 😩
