Urgent bird help!
So just yesterday I got a bird from Pet Smart (yes I know it's a bad place to get your animal) shes very pretty and very nice... but I saw this yesterday
And it progressed into this today
Her tail feathers are disgusting and her poop is basically black. What's wrong and how do I take care of it?
