Kind of neutral. I feel like he seems to genuinely be trying to change and I don't agree with the whole cancel culture. People deserve the chance to grow and do better. Though I've been really disappointed by his products. A friend bought me 2 of the liquid lips and they just taste SO BAD so I rarely use them.
