8mo old throwing up after each feeding

my 8mo old is taking similac sensitive and for about two weeks she throws up a little after eating she usually takes 7oz of formula but sometimes she will only take 5oz not sure why but i told the WIC lady yesterday what was going on and she just said that my daughter was "TOO OLD" to be spitting up that maybe she has a cold when she is perfectly fine not a cold at all, she also mentioned that i might be feeding her too much also no I'm not she takes a bottle every 4hrs so now i have to mention this to her dr .... If any of your kids have had this problem did it got figured what was going on did you guys changed formula or did something different? This also happens with breast milk so i don't think its the formula
