The hospital will give you some. I bought really hardcore ones with my first but I found by the time I left the hospital on day 3 I wasn’t bleeding heavy enough to need those. I more just needed regular pads. Ones that are a little longer would be good for nighttime.

I'll be bringing always discreet incontinence underwear because I hate how pads bunch up.
