Progesterone problems!!!

So I finally got my BFP and then when I called the doctor today they told me my lab work from last Friday shows I have low progesterone. Of course the doctor was out of the office today and I only got to speak with the MA who didn't know much. I'm freaking out because I don't want to have another miscarriage! A friend of mine found out that her progesterone was low and they immediately put her on suppositories for 12 weeks. If I don't have a plan by tomorrow I'll have to wait all weekend and it could be too late. Why couldn't they call me with my results before today? They got them Tuesday! Anyone else had issues with low progesterone? What did they do for you?
