Planters wart

I know this isn’t very app related but I’m 5 months pregnant and I have a planters wart on the bottom of my foot. It’s been there for a little while because my doctor never prescribes me anything or refers me anywhere like she’s supposed to. So after first it was just a huge swollen place deep in my foot. It started to Kind of peak?? I just realized today that’s there’s A HOLE IN MY FOOT. like the top of it, my skin, came off. And it’s just a dip in my foot to it. I get insanely light headed anytime I think about it and idk if I can let someone dig into my foot to get rid of it. Is there anything I can do at home? Like put something on it?
