How long does an ultrasound appointment take?

I've already had the first initial hour + long appointment where they talk to you about everything, choose your OB and they test your urine and blood.
But I'm wondering how long the first ultrasound appointment is and what they else do?

Mines took about 30 minutes for the whole visit. When I checked in they had me pee in a cup then I waited for about 10 minutes to be seen. Went into the room and my doctor did the ultrasound. He looked at everything first then after that he showed me the yolk sac and the tiny fetus. Talked to me about everything said everything looked good. Seen a heart beat but because he had an old machine we couldn’t hear it. Then he did all the measurements which took about 15 minutes for the whole ultrasound. Then everything was done and told me to come back in 4 weeks for a repeat scan to make sure baby was still growing on track.
