Possible TMI? 12 weeks pregnant, blood nose?

Anyone else experience a blood nose during pregnancy. I've never experienced them until I fell pregnant. It was normally only tiny bits of dried blood when I blew my nose, but today it full on bled. 
Is it something I should see a doctor about or is it normal because of increases blood flow?

I have blood on my tissue everytime I blow my nose, it's normal from the increase of blood flow. You should only worry if it starts gushing and won't stop for a extended period of time.

It’s normal. I get an increase in nosebleeds too while pregnant
