General question

I'm a FTM, my baby is 7 weeks old today and 3 days ago I started, what I think is my period. It's not painful and not heavy, pretty light-medium. I breastfed for 4 weeks and have been formula feeding for 3 weeks. My dr apt checkup is today too but I'm curious, can I start this early?

I had a c-section.
