So, I’m a little bit of a hypochondriac. Ill start with that.

I was on antibiotics for 3-4 weeks (had sinus infection, UTI, then infected ingrown hair) and started having yeast-infection like symptoms. I didn’t take any probiotics with the antibiotics so that didn’t surprise me.

I have recently slept with a new person, and we didn’t use protection because both of our STD results for chlamydia, trich, And gonno came back negative.

But I started doing some research on what could cause burning/itching or weird pains in the vaginal area. One of which was herpes and HPV. Well, I got the HPV vaccine when I was 15 (four years ago). Then I started freaking out by seeing how many people actually had herpes.

I’ve had slight burning, occasional itching, and an ingrown hair bump around the Genital area. I’ve been so paranoid about herpes that idk if I’m making these up in my head.

Should I go get a blood test for it? I’ve heard they can be inaccurate and I don’t want to get any false test results and worry about that more.
