Poss miscarriage

Hi ladies so today I am 5 wks and 6 days. When I woke up this morning I didn’t have any bleeding but the second time I went to pee when I wiped I had blood . It was bright red . I’m still not bleeding like if I had a period but I’m so scared I will later . Rn I’m at the hospital and we’re doing blood work and all that fun stuff . Has anyone ever had bleeding and still have a full term pregnancy??? This could be my 2 miscarriage but I’m praying it’s not !! I really want this omg I’m so saddd 🥺😔😔😔😔
