Pumping/returning to work

I’m returning to work after 12 weeks of leave and hope to continue to provide breast milk for my baby. I have a small supply built up (~80oz). I have a few questions:

1. Do you pump into bottles then pour that into bags and reuse the bottles for the next session? I don’t want to be doing tons of dishes.

2. Do you give baby freshly pumped milk or frozen milk?

3. If I nurse at 6:30am to get to work by 8-8:30, I will have to pump already at 9:30, 12:30, and 3:30. It just seems crazy that I have to pump almost right after arriving at work and then almost right before I leave. Any tips? I can’t think of a way to reduce it to two feedings/sessions while I’m away.

4. My baby still usually has an overnight feeding. Sometimes this is at 5am, which would be really close to when I would like to feed her before work(6:30/7ish). Do you recommend just doing the feeding before work anyway?

Any other tips would be wonderful! It seems so daunting to go back to work and to try and pump, but I want to do this so badly for my baby!
