Weaning off breastfeeding and hair loss ? Help!!

Question

I lost hair from 3-6 months post partum which was totally normal from hormone changes. My son weaned himself off breastfeeding very quickly at 9 months and since then I've experienced uncomfortable levels of hair loss from 9 1/2 months to now (11 1/2) post partum. Thyroid levels were checked a month or so ago and were normal. Anyone experience this ?! Help !! My Ob was very unhelpful.

I lost lots of hair when I stopped breast feeding. Scary amounts I thought I was going to be bald 😆 but it did stop and I had patches of new fluffy hair coming through. All fine now. I think it's normal as my sister in law had the same.

I currently still breastfeed and I was loosing so much hair I had three noticeable bald spots on my head.. Lol! It was horrible
