If she’s planning on formula feeding I highly recommend the dr browns formula mixer pitcher. 9-10$ on amazon and comes packaged in a pretty box to wrap. Maybe add a few other things to it like a bottle brush. My favorite is the dr Browns bottle brush because it gets the edge along the bottom of the bottle very well. But I also love the nipple cleaner that comes with the munchkin bottle brush. But the brush isn’t really worth crap lol. So bottle brush and pitcher is a must have in my opinion. I don’t really have too many ideas what to add to it other than maybe things she will need later like children’s Tylenol etc. My sis in law gave me a laundry basket full of basically a medicine cabinet for babies. That stuff adds up fast if mom is having to get it and it was so awesome to have all of that on hand without having to run out to the store with twins spur of the moment (doesn’t happen with twins lol). Maybe also get some travelers bottle caps too for stocking bottles in the fridge but that only works if you know what kind of bottles she’s going to use. There’s nothing like being sleep deprived and having to mix bottles as you go. Prepping formula and bottles in the fridge ahead of time is 100% the way to go with formula fed babies.
