Bleeding ?

Ladies can we talk about bleeding in the first trimester? I’m almost 5 weeks I haven’t had any bleeding at all (yet) I am a MAJOR worry head !! 
Can anyone tell me if they have had any bleeding yet ? How far gone are you ? Is all ok? What is normal ??? I’m so stressed like every time I go to the toilet I’m looking for it !! 
I know not to stress and all that but some people just can’t help it and I am one of those annoying people.

I am also 5 weeks and haven't had any bleeding yet. I think it's normal to not experience bleeding. According to articles I've read, only about 20% of women experience bleeding during the first trimester.

Omg it’s my first pregnancy and I’ve been bleeding since yesterday! Here I am worried about bleeding and you’re worried about NOT bleeding. What is this pregnancy thing all about?!?!

Don’t stress about it especially if you don’t have it. I’ve been spotting light pink/brown moderately for 3 full days now and I am anxious yet I know it’s normal from research, but it doesn’t stop me from worrying. Praying for the best! 
However, stay calm and enjoy each day as you continue growing your little one!

I’m spotting today and I’m 4 weeks. It started off brown then red then back to brown. Not on my pad only when I wipe x

I’m 5 weeks 2 days. I’ve been spotting for four days now. It’s only when I wipe. At first it was light pink and now it’s brownish pink. I have my first appointment tomorrow so I hope the doctor can give me some clarity.

I’m 7 weeks now. I spotted after 2 transvaginal ultrasounds at 4 weeks and then again once after I threw up the first time. Then at my 6 week appointment I had my internal exam and had more spotting. This is my third pregnancy and never experienced spotting at all before so every time it happens to me, I have a mini heart attack. My doctor assured me that things are just more sensitive down there and as long as I’m not filling up a pad or have passing clots/tissue, I should be fine.
