My next period was due July 15th. I found out July 13th that I was pregnant and I went to go get checked. Pregnant, but hcg level was a 48. Went back Monday and the hcg level was 86. Doctors didn’t like that, said the pregnancy was either a miscarriage or ectopic. I then went to another hospital because after I got home, I started bleeding. No clots in it. No cramping. I went to the other hospital on July 15th, hcg level went up to 120+ something and they did a sonogram and a transvag. Couldn’t see anything but discovered I had uterine fibroids and noted the fibroids as the cause of my bleeding. Hcg levels are still low and the said it’s a pregnancy of unknown location until they’re able to see where the baby is and/or rule out that the baby implanted elsewhere. I only cramped after the transvag and sonogram. The doc said it’s likely too early to even see a baby or that the baby already miscarried so I have to go to 2 appts on Thursday and check to see if hcg levels are dropping or doubling. I’m so nervous! Did anyone have fibroids and carry full term?!
