Depends on your toddler. My friends been asked not to pick hers up because she starts to spot. Take it easy and make an appointment ASAP. Congratulations!

I waited to go to the dr until I was 10 weeks, thats when they do 1st ultrasound.  Other than that I didn’t want to “waste” money on them taking me to the lab to see if I was pregnant.   
And I’m 18 weeks, continue to pick up what you normally do.  Don’t do anything that’s strenuous though.

It depends on the drs office. With my first I didn’t have an ultrasound until 12 weeks. With this one I had an early viability ultrasound at 7 weeks but we were seeing a fertility specialist.
