Unplanned pregnancy

I'm really worried I may be pregnant, my pill has been messing my system up docs keep changing it to find one to suit, I've done my 7day break and gone a few days over as well and we have had unprotected sex a few times I'm really worried I could be pregnant, if I am I don't know what to do as I have 8month old twins.
