Feeling alone and like no one believes me

I have severe and constant morning sickness (all day sickness) I'm 21w4d and I feel like no one understands. I am on medication daily and it helps, but it doesn't always make it go away. I feel like no one believes me because most of the time morning sickness is only in the 1st trimester. To top it off I'm in sales for a wireless company and working is killing me. the job itself isn't hard, but interacting with people when I feel miserable is awful! This is my 3rd pregnancy and I've always been sick the entire time.
