Cramping at 4 weeks

Hey guys!

So I got my positive pregnancy test on Saturday. Sunday Monday and today I have had period like cramping. My tests are getting darker everyday and I have not had any blood at all. Is this normal and I’m just a worried first time mom or could it mean something else?
