Did your doctor give you progesterone after ovulation or after a positive test?

My doctor prescribed me progesterone. He told me to take it immediately after ovulation.. I'm kind of afraid of the side effects. I just wanted to know when he told u to take it.

My doctor prescribes progesterone as soon as ovulation has been confirmed through bloodwork. I have done two rounds now with progesterone and honestly haven’t had any side effects. Don’t stress girly, trust the doctor :)
